Just a quick note to let you know about the natural, calm and very fulfilling birth of our baby girl, Shae Alexandra.
Thank you so much for helping me learn how to have a baby naturally. Hypnobirthing is an incredible experience.
Brad was amazing, he knew exactly what to do to support me throughout the birth. In the end, I was induced by an acupuncturist at Orange Base Hospital, which I found gentle and very relaxing. I would also like to say that acupuncture is a wonderful option for those who have hung out as long as they can, with a 'no show' baby. I was induced at 42 & a bit weeks. The process takes about three relaxing days, and it should give the mum the best sleep at night that she has had in months.
Could you please forward this to Amantha, Stephanie and Yvette. I would love to hear how things went for them.
