I want to thank you for your wonderful "Angel" Meditation!

When I bought the CD about a year ago, I didn't expect it to have such a powerful effect on my life.

Apart from the fact that it seems to be keeping me generally fit, I find it very effective if I have any little scratch or cut - they heal up quickly, and leave less signs afterwards that there was a wound at all.

But I think the best result was recently, when I felt sure I was going down with a real dose of the 'flu. I went to sleep a couple of nights with the Meditation playing by my pillow, and completely avoided getting sick.

I can't honestly say that I have really sensed the presence of the angels yet, but certainly a feeling of deep serenity pervades the room when I do the meditation.

The greatest benefit of all is the way I awake with energy and enthusiasm to get on with the things I have to do. It's a great antidote for procrastination!

Thank you for your CDs. I must say I was very sceptical about trying meditation. My doctor was away and we had a lady doctor fill in as a locum. She asked me if I had ever tried anything like that and I said no. She said "why don't you, it can't hurt" so I said all right. I must be honest, initially I didn't bother. A while later I read about the science of meditation in Time magazine and in a newspaper, an article on meditation, so I thought why not try. I went and bought some music CDs but they didn't work, so I went on the net and started hunting around and found your website and glad I did.

I must say I am thoroughly converted. I am using them every day for at least half an hour or more. I feel so much better and I am sleeping so much better, its unbelievable. Listening to the voice, I just seem to drift away and feel so relaxed afterwards.

My favourite are the Angel cd and the Rain cd. Both are so deeply calming. I had been suffering from low moods and energy for quite some time, but now after listening to the cds I feel so much better. They are great.

How can I ever thank you enough for your wonderful meditation CD TRANSFORM Any Habit.

Daily, I am made aware of incredible changes in my life - in all the six areas of Life: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and social!

I understood that there could well be a cumulative effect, with my previous work with the other CDs: Angel Healing Meditation and Transform Self-Doubt to Self-Confidence, and the Rain, Lotus and Rainbow Meditation.

I also know that the affirmations I use every day help, but I am still amazed at the way my personal growth is accelerating.

And of course, for me, it all stared when I had the original PSH sessions with you.

So, thank you again for all your wonderful, gentle help during this period of my life.
