Expecting a baby... feeling anxious? Then why not learn about the HypnoBirthing® method

The realisation that you are pregnant and will soon give birth is bound to evoke feelings and emotions that you have never felt before. A very important event is taking place in your life. It is a wonderfully natural and spiritual event, one of the most beautiful and joyous experiences in a woman's life.
Unfortunately, for many women it is also a time filled with anxiety and fear. In Western society the belief that childbirth is meant to be painful, has been a most misleading concept in our otherwise advanced culture. Give it some thought. When you realise that a very large proportion of women in what we consider the so-called undeveloped civilisation, give birth naturally without pain or discomfort, it makes you wonder who is more developed. Why is it that some women experience pain and some don't? What is wrong with childbirth in our Western society?
When we look around us everything in nature is procreating; animals, fish, bugs, and chickens - all without pain. When it comes to nature and the automatic urge to procreate, there is a plan in place, a blueprint that the body follows instinctively. We don't need scientific explanation or reasoning, what we need is to hand over the job to a part of our body that is already doing its job. All you need to do is learn how to do that.
Childbirth Education - HypnoBirthing® will provide you the opportunity to learn how nature has been working with you, from the beginning. Learn how to prepare your body and how your body and mind continue to work with you throughout your birthing. It is a method that helps eliminate the fear of birthing, replacing it with confidence.
Understanding how your mind and body connection can be trained to be of assistance rather than resistance, combined with knowing how to use your muscles and your birthing body to work together, gives you the confidence that you need, to allow your birthing to proceed naturally. You already possess considerable mental abilities and inner resources, which you are using automatically. Learn how to use these abilities to help your mind, your body and your baby to work together in natural harmony and provide you the safe and satisfying birthing that you seek.
