I cannot express my gratitude enough, for the help you gave me.
As you know, I had been suffering with insomnia and restlesness for a very long time. I had tried a variety of treatments to no avail. Sometimes I just had to take a sleeping pill, although the fear of becoming reliant on them stopped me from taking them too frequently. While I was getting a remedial massage, the deep muscle therapist suggested that the problem may be better helped with bodymind psychotherapy and he was right.
It has been some time now since I had my sessions with you and the problem has simply gone away. I no longer feel restless, I sleep soundly every night and feel so much better throughout the day as I have more energy now .
